  • Step 1 – Open Playstore for Android or Appstore for iOS and Search for “PayAttitude Digital”
  • Step 2 – Click on Install and wait for the app to download and complete installation
  • Step 3 – Click on Allow If the question “Allow PayAttitude to access this device” pops up
  • Step 4 – Click on open to access the app’s login page
  • Step 5 – Click on new user and follow the steps to link your account
  • NOTE

    A nickname is for you to identify your bank account and cannot be used to login. Nickname is different from your username.

    PIN is a 6-digit Personal Identification Number used for authorizing transactions. A PIN does not contain alphabets, an example of a PIN is123456. The 6 digit PIN further guarantees the security of your transactions.

    Password is a secret word that must be used to log into the Digital application.

    A standard password must contain capital letters, small letters, special characters and minimum 8 digits. An example of a password is Fish@9876

  • Step 1 - Download the app from sms link sent your phone and install
  • Step 2 - Select new user
  • Step 3 - Select “I have been preregistered”
  • Step 4 – Depending on which institution you have been pre-registered with select either “bank, mobile money and other accounts” or “wallet/prepaid”
  • Step 5 -  Accept terms and conditions
  • Step 1 – Log into the app
  • Step 2 – Select 'My Accounts' from the options
  • Step 3 - Select link more accounts
  • Step 4 – Select bank to be linked, enter account number and follow the steps
  • Step 1 - Select account to be checked
  • Step 2 – Select check balance
  • Step 3 - Enter account PIN
  • Account Balance Is Displayed
  • Step 1 - Select my account from options menu
  • Step 2 - Select transaction history from options menu
  • Step 3 – Select account to check
  • Account History Will Be Displayed On Account Selected.
  • Step 1 - Log into App
  • Step 2 - Select my account from options menu
  • Step 3 - Select change nickname
  • Step 4 - Select account Which nickname Is To Be Changed
  • Step 5 - Enter new nickname
  • Step 6 - Input account PIN and click change nickname
  • Step 1 – Log into App
  • Step 2 - Select my account from options menu
  • Step 3 – Select change PIN
  • Step 4 – Select account which PIN is to be changed
  • Step 5 - Enter current PIN, new PIN And confirm PIN
  • Step 6 - Click submit
  • PIN has been successfully changed is displayed
  • Step 1 - Select my account from options menu
  • Step 2 – Select reset PIN
  • Step 3 – Select account Which PIN needs reset
  • Step 5 – Provide answers to 3 security questions
  • An activation code will be sent to the customer to use in completing the reset
  • Step 6 – Enter activation code, Enter new PIN and confirm PIN
  • Step 7 - Click submit
  • You will get a notification from us to confirm if this operation was from you
  • Step 1 – Log into the app
  • Step 2 - Select my account from options menu
  • Step 2 – Select change password
  • Step 3 – Enter current password, new password and confirm new password and submit
  • Password Change Successful
  • Step 1- Log into the app
  • Step 2 - Click on the account to transact with and select request transfer/payment
  • Step 3 – Enter amount and description
  • Step 4 – Click add payer to enter phone no of the sender or click on the profile icon to load your contact list
  • Step 5 - Click send request
  • Step 1 – Click on enter button on the ATM machine
  • Step 2 – Select PayAttitude
  • Step 3 – Enter phone no registered with the bank and enter amount
  • Notification is sent to holder’s phone number
  • Cash is dispensed (if holder approves transaction)
  • Step 1 – Select item to pay for
  • Step 2 – Select PayAttitude
  • Step 3 – Enter phone no linked to account
  • Step 4 – Click Pay
  • Notification is sent to holder’s phone number
  • Step 1 – Select PayAttitude
  • Step 2 – Select payment option (tag or phone no)
  • Step 3 – Input amount and phone number linked to account
  • Notification is sent to holder’s phone number
  • Receipt is printed out (if holder approves transaction)
  • A payment/transfer request must have been sent before a notification is sent to the phone number
  • Step1 – Tap on notification
  • Step 2- Select account to debit
  • Step 3 – Enter PIN and approve
